Rubble from a knocked-through wall, offcuts of timber, busted plasterboard, ripped-out tiles, bags of hardcore stacking up right where you need to work. We clear it off the drive, out of the back garden or up from the cellar, so the site's clear and the job keeps moving.

It's usually quicker and cheaper than a skip, with no permit to arrange and nothing sitting on the road for a week. We load it by hand, sweep up after, and everything goes to a licensed transfer station to be sorted and recycled. Waste transfer note as standard if you want one for your records.

Questions we get asked

Do you charge by weight?

No. We price by how much room it takes in the van, worked out from your photo, and that price is fixed. Heavy loads like rubble and soil we factor in when we quote, so there's no nasty surprise on the day.

Is this cheaper than hiring a skip?

Often, yes, and always less hassle. There's no permit if it's going on the road, nothing sitting outside for a week, and you only pay for the space you actually use rather than a skip that's half air.

Do you give a waste transfer note?

Yes, as standard for trade jobs. You've got a duty of care for your waste, and the note is your proof it went to a licensed facility. Just ask and it's yours.

Can you do repeat clears through a build?

Absolutely. Set up with us at the start of a job and we'll come back as the waste builds up, so the site stays clear from first fix to snagging.

What can't you take?

A few hazardous things: asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles and the like. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly before we set off, and point you the right way for anything we can't carry.
