Questions we get asked

Can you take just one item?

Yes, that's exactly what this is for. One sofa, one mattress or one fridge is a proper job on its own, and we're happy to come out for it.

Do I need to get it outside first?

No. We collect from wherever it's sitting inside, whether that's the bedroom, the loft or the second floor. You don't need to drag it to the kerb or lift it at all.

How do you get rid of a mattress?

Mattresses have to be handled separately for recycling, and we sort that properly. They don't just go to landfill. Same with fridges, which have to be degassed correctly.

Can you come today?

Often, yes. Single items are quick. Send a photo and your postcode and there's a good chance we'll collect it the same day.

What about fridges and appliances?

No problem. Fridges and freezers are degassed and disposed of the right way, and washers, cookers and dishwashers get disconnected and carried out. Send a photo and we'll price it.
